Nopaperplease - Platform for musicians

The challenge

Nopaperplease sought to solve a major problem for musicians: the administrative complexity of protecting works and managing contracts. Artists were losing valuable time in tedious administrative procedures with SACEM and had difficulties drafting professional music contracts, which could compromise their rights and income.

Our approach

We started with numerous interviews with musicians, producers, and music law professionals to understand precisely the friction points. The analysis of these needs allowed us to design a system architecture capable of interfacing with SACEM APIs and integrating a database of contract templates validated by specialized lawyers. We focused on an intuitive interface and a simplified user journey.

The solution

The Nopaperplease platform we developed offers two main features: an automated system for submitting works to SACEM with real-time tracking, and an intelligent generator of music contracts (publishing, distribution, collaboration contracts, etc.) with customizable clauses according to the specific needs of each project. The interface guides the user step by step and uses clear language to make complex legal concepts accessible.
